Here is how a booking goes, using a real price from the board above. You pay Kreadors when the creator confirms. The creator is paid only after you have seen the work and approved it.

  1. You ask Nurul for “Instagram feature post”. Asking costs nothing.
  2. Nurul confirms the listed price within 48 hours, or quotes differently and says why.
  3. You pay Kreadors, and the money is held.RM 1,400
  4. The draft arrives. You approve it, or ask for a change.

Before you book

What it costs, when the money moves, and what happens when a job goes wrong. The full rules are in the terms.

What does it cost a business?

Nothing on top of the price. You pay exactly the quote you accept, and Kreadors’ 10% comes out of the creator’s payout. Collabs paid in product carry no fee at all.

When does the creator get paid?

When you approve the draft. The money is held by Kreadors from the moment you pay for the quote, and the creator starts right then. If you do not respond within 4 days of the draft arriving it releases on its own, so no creator is left waiting on a brand that went quiet.

What if the draft is not right?

Ask for a change: how many revisions you get is written on the order before you pay. If that does not fix it, raise a problem. The money stays held while Kreadors reads both sides, then releases it, refunds it, splits it, or sends the work back to be finished.

What if the creator does not reply?

A request lapses after 48 hours and you are free to book someone else. How quickly a creator usually replies is shown on their page.

Are the follower and view numbers real?

Each one says where it came from. Connected accounts are read from the platform and re-synced every day, views measured on posts delivered through Kreadors are marked as measured, and anything a creator typed in is marked self-reported. Before a sizeable booking on self-reported figures, ask for a screenshot of their analytics.

Can creators come to me instead?

Yes. Post a campaign with the budget, what you need and the dates, and creators who are free quote against it.
